Satisfaction and Return Policy
Each customized order requires input from you on the order input page. Before you submit your order, please verify that all information is correct as you want it to appear on your order. Refunds cannot be made for errors or omissions attributable to customer provided information.
If your order is damaged or defective in any way please contact us immediately and we'll either replace or refund your order.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us and we'll either refund or replace your order. To prevent abuse of this policy we'll ask you to ship your order back to us. Once we receive the product back, we'll either issue the refund or re-produce and ship out the new product depending on what you prefer.
