How do I add text to my product?
Products that can be personalized have blank text lines on the order page for you to enter the text as you would like it to appear on the card. The blank line fields correspond to the lines of text on the card pictured. Remember, none of the text that appears on our sample is automatically printed on your card. We start with only the graphic that you see on your item. We have worked hard to give examples with fun, theme-based text. So, if you like any of the wording that you see on our sample, please use it!
Orange Daisy designers will take the information you have provided, and along with your chosen graphic, we will create a beautiful piece of stationery just for you! Because the number of characters that customers enter on each line varies, we reserve the right to adjust your text size and spacing to accommodate the wording you have provided. Leave it to our experts! They are trained professionals who know the best way to lay out your information for a one-of-a-kind piece of stationery.
Can I change the font style on my item?
There is a $5.00 charge for any font changes made to your item. When ordering, under the Special Instructions or Comments section, please indicate which product has the font you would like to put onto your item. The $5.00 charge will occur separately from your order total and will be charged once your order is processed. This charge will cover the font style on a single design. For example, if you request a font change for our Pink Owl Invitation, it would also cover the font change on Pink Owl thank you notes. place cards, or other items of the same graphic design. If you wanted a font change on the Pink Owl Invitations and also on a set of Ladybug address labels, it would be a $5.00 charge for each change because they are from two different designs.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard production time is 3 business days. Shipping is an additional 4-6 business days. All orders ship from our design studio in Tampa, Florida. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once the United States Postal Service or UPS has your package.
Getting your items to you in a timely fashion is very important to us, as is the quality of the finished product we provide. The production of your items will be in the order they are received. If you require your order to be produced faster than our standard 3-day window, we offer expedited production for an additional $15. Expedited production guarantees your order will be shipped out in 1 business day of you contacting us. In order to execute an expedited order, place your order on our website and contact us immediately via phone or e-mail. The $15 fee will be added as a secondary charge to your order once the order ships. This fee does not change the speed with which your package will travel to you. If faster shipping is also needed, you can contact us so that we can quote you a rate for UPS 2-Day or UPS overnight shipping.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping for all orders is a flat rate of $6.95 . All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and can be delivered to a home, business or post office box.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes. If you need your order shipped in two days or even overnight, please contacts us immediately and we can quote you a rate for either UPS 2-day or UPS overnight shipping. Please note that expedited shipping is different than expedited production (see above).
